The check-in was chaos, with just one employee for a bunch of guests. Plus, the air conditioning didn't work when I needed it most. Really expected a complimentary upgrade for all my trouble, but no such luck. I almost thought about giving them a good review, but just couldn't.

Positive, The location was perfect for exploring all the sights. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. Breakfast was excellent with a great variety. Made-to-order eggs. The hosts were helpful and even arranged dinner reservations for us. I'd definitely stay again 😊

Location: the hotel was really close to Lucca/La Boheme, beautiful mountains, and a constant stream of walkers. Gastropub La Tana del Boia was located 5 minutes walk away. The breakfast was marvellous, overall food was brilliant!

A charming retreat in Lucca

Exceptionally comfortable place, I really enjoyed amicable personnel.

My family room had modern conveniences, including an electric kettle, a mini bar fridge and an air conditioning. The place had a quiet atmosphere. The location was great, close to Torre delle Ore Monument.

Breakfast was excellent with made-to-order omelettes.

There was only one employee handling too many guests, causing excessive delays. The air conditioning was ineffective and left me uncomfortable during my entire stay.

The Comfort Double Room was spacious and had a huge bathroom with both a shower and a separate tub. The bed was super comfy-definitely the best sleep I've had in weeks. WiFi was a bit slow, but the antique decor made up for it.

The location is superb, just a short walk to a fantastic gluten-free bakery. Our room was spacious and beautifully decorated. Chiara's assistance with parking was invaluable, and the breakfast was the best we've ever had, with fresh pastries and made-to-order eggs.
